THE FUTURE OF THE SECTOR AND THE PERSPECTIVESOF THE GREEK MEAT PRODUCTS
In the context of the exhibition, as in any organization, a number of workshops, seminars on topical issues of the meat, mass catering and the new developments in the industry will take place. With significant and renowned rapporteurs, the workshops made at MEAT & GRILL DAYS in collaboration with agencies such as Greek National Interprofessional Meat Organization, will give substance to the whole organization, knowledge and excellent information. Also, contests and shows with professionals and bodies, such as the competition butchers in collaboration with the Panhellenic Federation of Butcher Shops Owners, the meat cuts incollaboration with MEAT CRAFT PROFESSIONALS, the preparation of meat products and propermanagement of meat in cooperation with Meatprofessional bodies, are some of the events thathave been organized in the past events and have provided knowledge and innovative ideas for professionals.
