The established Sensory Evaluation of Greek meat products will be held in the 5th MEAT DAYS 2016. Aim for the 5th organization is to be further improved on the training of the evaluators and the whole process to be accredited and certified, in order to assure the integrity in all levels.

The Sensory Evaluation, which was brought in by the organizer company, o.mind Creatives, along with the contribution and assistance of Professional Association, such as Association of Greek Meat Processing Industries and Association for Meat Protection & Development Nothern Greece, has provided many benefits to Greek producers of meat products, through distinction that have already received from the previous organizations, but also from the comments made by the evaluators for the improvement of their products.

The 5rth Sensory Evaluation of Greek meat products will be held concurrently with the 5th MEAT DAYS exhibition.
